Optimistic Perspective towards the Industrialist and Future

  • Archive

Future is a mysterious and exciting concept that arises the curiosity within us, makes us hopeful and sometimes nervous. Undoubtedly, we are all curious about what is waiting for the world, our country and us, the industrialists. We see that an uncertainty atmosphere prevails in each region of the world, especially in the geography we are in during the recent years. Rising geopolitical tensions, social events, trade wars, cyber attacks and financial uncertainties “descended” from 2017 to 2018. Accordingly, 2018 descended this inheritance to 2019.

However, no matter what, we don’t have a chance to become pessimistic and passive. As the industrialists, we are the long-term thinking economic actors who look optimistically to the future, take risks by undertaking responsibilities and adopt the society’s welfare and produce and create work as our priority.

It is a fact that the world and our country is going through challenging period. However, our industrialists desire for an optimistic attitude, devoted and constant investment during such a challenging period. with our Board Members, we clearly witnessed the most tangible reflection of it during our visit to Kahramanmaraş upon the invitation by the Kahramanmaraş Chamber of Commerce and Industry together last month. Business people and industrialists in Kahramanmaraş are engaged with a constant economical activities with an investment desire which is away from pessimism against all the challenges. As you will read on the following pages of our journal, the industrial and commercial ecosystem created by the business world of Kahramanmaraş has a dynamic to be a model for many provinces. Especially the efforts of the young generations to complete their education and return their houses and carry this ecosystem to the higher level are very praiseworthy.

We deem the “SME Value Credit” support package which was announced for the financing, the main problem of SMEs, the vital elements of manufacturing life and our economy very important and meaningful.

By this opportunity support which our firms will use in line with the rational targets, we hope that an added value will be created for the manufacturing life, employment life and export activities.

Considering another point, the fact that “SME Value Credit” package was announced at the beginning of the year within an overall economic process of 2019 will create a positive start for the new year to increase the moral values in the economy.

We will continue to focus on the problems of industrialists and their solutions in the new year with excitement.
