Ayşe Nazlıca worked as director of the Budget Planning, Financial Institutions, and Investor Relations departments at the Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB), where she started to work as a specialist in 1995. She also served as the head of the Sustainability Reporting working group. Nazlıca, who also served as a member of the board of directors at TSKB subsidiaries Yatırım Finansman Menkul Değerler and TSKB Real Estate Appraisal, was appointed as TSKB Sustainability and Corporate Governance Coordinator in July 2021.
