She graduated at Istanbul Technical University, Department of Mechanical Engineering in 2006, and her master's degree in Automotive Engineering at Boğaziçi University in 2010.

Canan Ergün Tavukçu, who undertook various tasks in the automotive main industry between 2007 and 2020 in areas such as product development, automotive technical legislation, and certification; she has been working as Sectoral Relations Manager at Arçelik A.Ş. since March 2020.
