Having 3 Club World Championships, 4 European Champions League championships and Guinness Renewal Series Record in his career, Giovanni Guidetti is known by the sports authorities as one of the most successful coaches ever in women's volleyball.

Being the head coach of Turkish National Women's Volleyball Team, his successful contributions to women’s volleyball in Turkey over 10 years has supported the rise of women athletes in the country. With his personal initiative launched in 2018, Yarının Sultanları platform, he strives to equip the girls in disadvantaged regions with the opportunity to love volleyball and provide equal opportunities to young girls who want to become a coach.

It is the social responsibility platform established by Giovanni Guidetti in 2018 in order to empower girls in the socioeconomically disadvantaged regions of Turkey through sports, and to remove obstacles to becoming professional athletes by providing equality of opportunity. Spreading its area of influence in a short time, the project, managed to reach all stakeholders who can contribute to the solution and keep expanding with the voluntary support of specialists in various fields, continuing their work to make girls love volleyball and provide equal opportunities to girls who want to become coaches.

Giovanni Guidetti was declared to be the Gender Equality Advocate of UNDP in Turkey in June 2020.
