ICI Assembly Addresses Economic and Industrial Impacts of Climate Change

The Istanbul Chamber of Industry’s (ICI) ordinary assembly for July was held in Odakule on July 26, 2017 with the main agenda of “Impacts of Global Climate Change on Our Industry with Regard to Production, Sustainability, Efficiency and Competitiveness”. The assembly, moderated by ICI Vice President of Assembly Hasan Büyükdede, hosted Prof. Mikdat Kadıoğlu, a faculty member at Istanbul Technical University.

ICI Announces “Türkiye’s Second Top 500 Industrial Enterprises 2016” Survey Results

The İstanbul Chamber of Industry (ICI) has announced “Türkiye’s Second Top 500 Industrial Enterprises 2016” results today. In 2016, 100 new companies entered the ICI’s Second Top 500 Industrial Enterprises list. 77 of these companies made it to the list from outside the top 1000 industrial enterprises of the previous year. Meanwhile, 23 companies that had made it to the ICI Top 500 in 2015 fell back to the ICI Second Top 500 this year.v

According to the Istanbul Chamber of Industry’s (ICI) “Türkiye’s Top 500 Industrial Enterprises 2016” Survey, Tüpraş topped the list with a total production-based sales volume of TL 32,594 million. Ford came second in the survey, followed by Tofaş.
