The official language of the Congress will be Turkish & English. During all sessions simultaneous translation will be available in Turkish-English.

Cancellation will be not be possible after the registration.

It is recommended to wear the Badges by the participants at all times during the Congress and Exhibition to ensure a flawless service and the security.

 

REGISTRATION AND INFORMATION DESKS

Desks will be open on December 14-15, 2011 and provide service to the participants through 08:30 hrs - 19:30 hrs.

 

MEDICAL SERVICES

A fully equipped ambulance and paramedic crew will be present to handle health problems of participants.

 

PARKING 

Car parking lot of Istanbul Congress Center can be used by participants. Direct access is available from the parking lot to the Congress Center.

 

PRESS CENTER

 

A Press Center fully equipped with phone, fax and internet services can be used by all press members during the Congress and Exhibition.
